Cookie Salad

1 large instant vanilla pudding
1 c. buttermilk
1 80z. cool whip
1 can drained crushed pineapple
1 can drained mandarin oranges

Mix pudding with buttermilk then add cool whip, add pineapple and oranges and stir. Crush 1/2 package shortbread cookies and sprinkle on top.
